  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dry dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill.
