Cucumber & Dill Spread

  • 2 whole Cucumbers (washed, Peeled And Diced)
  • 1 container (6 Oz. Size) Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Dill

Directions

    In a blender or food processor, add diced cucumbers and pulse several times. Add yogurt, sour cream, black pepper, dill and run blender or processor on high for 3-4 minutes to incorporate and cream ingredients together.

    Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

    I just serve this delicious spread on the side of a veggie tray with sliced carrot sticks, celery sticks, zucchini sticks. Enjoy!
