- 3 cups Sliced Red Radishes
- 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Directions

1In a medium bowl with a lid place sliced vegetables, grape seed oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Cover with a tight lid and shake until dressing is fully coating the veggies. Store in the fridge till ready to eat.
