- 2 cups cucumbers (Peeled, Seeded &, chopped)
- 1 cup red onion (Chopped)
- 1 12 cups yellow bell peppers (Copped)
- 2 serrano peppers (Minced)
- 14 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 14 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 12 cup cilantro (Chopped)
- 14 cup of fresh mint (Chopped)
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano (Chopped)
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme (Chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (Chopped)
- 2 teaspoons fresh marjoram (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon cardamom (Ground)
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large glass bowl and gently stir.
