  • 2 cups cucumbers (Peeled, Seeded &, chopped)
  • 1 cup red onion (Chopped)
  • 1 12 cups yellow bell peppers (Copped)
  • 2 serrano peppers (Minced)
  • 14 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 14 teaspoon white pepper
  • 14 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 cup cilantro (Chopped)
  • 14 cup of fresh mint (Chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano (Chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme (Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (Chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh marjoram (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom (Ground)
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a large glass bowl and gently stir.

    Taste Cucumber Salsa and add more Serrano Peppers if you desire more heat.
