  • - oven-roasted turkey breast, julienne
  • 3 qt. red onions, chopped
  • 3 qt. cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 4-1/2 cups red peppers, chopped
  • 1-1/4 qt. carrots, shredded
  • 2-1/2 cups KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 48 each flour tortillas (10 inch)

Directions

    Combine turkey, vegetables, dressing and oregano; place 1/2 cup on each tortilla.

    Fold sides of each tortilla in toward center; roll up tightly.

    Cut diagonally in half to serve.

    Secure with frilled toothpicks, if desired.
