- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes and liquid
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 large clove garlic
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 3 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown together and drain the ground beef and onions.

2Simmer together tomatoes and liquid, tomato paste, water, garlic, salt, basil leaves, rosemary and sugar.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Make alternate layers of noodles, cheeses and meat sauce.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
