- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning.

3Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

4Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.

5Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 12 cups.
