- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus cake mix (any flavor)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 36 ice cream cones with flat bottoms
- 1 can Pillsbury frosting (any flavor)
- Assorted candies
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened.

3Beat 2 minutes at high speed.

4Place ice cream cones in muffin cups; fill with batter to within 1 inch of top of cones.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.

6Cool completely.

7Spread frosting on tops of cupcakes. Decorate as desired with assorted candies.

8Makes 36 cupcakes.
