- 2 medium eggs
- 5 ml vanilla essence

1Pre-heat oven to 190'C.

2Cream butter and sugar.

4Add eggs in small amounts with SRF.

5Fold in any left over flour.

6Add vanilla essence.

7Mixture should easily drop off a metal spoon.

8If mixture is stiff add a little milk.

9Bake in greased and cupcake lined tin for 15 minutes.
