Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 teas dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 1/4 teas pepper
  • 1 Tbsp accent
  • 4 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • Salad:
  • 2-8 ounce pkgs curly roni
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 cup green or black olives, sliced

Directions

    Heat vinegar and sugar to dissolve the sugar. Let cool before adding other ingredients.

    Combine all dressing ingredients in a quart jar and let stand overnight. Cook curly roni according to pkg directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine noodles and vegetables. Shake dressing well and pour over noodles. /blend and let stand overnight.
