- 2 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 lb. flank steak, cut crosswise into thin slices
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. sugar
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1In electric wok, add oil.

2Set control dial at 350°.

3When light goes out, add steak, onion and curry powder; stir-fry until steak is browned on all sides, about 3 minutes.

4Add water, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils 1 minute.

6Serve over hot cooked rice.
