  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. curry
  • dash of black pepper
  • 3/4 c. low-fat milk

    Cook cabbage in 1/2-inch of water for about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.

    Add flour, curry and pepper; stir.
