- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins (I prefer golden raisins)
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 3/4 cup mango chutney (optional)
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.

2Add curry through coconut.

3Stir until incorporated.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Form into two balls and wrap in wax paper.

6Chill six more hours.

7Plate and pour chutney over cheese if desired.

8Serve with sesame crackers.
