- 2 pkg. chicken wings
- 3 pkg. chicken thighs
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. onion/garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. thyme leaf
- soy sauce
- 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- cooking oil
Directions

1Take skin off chicken and clean it thoroughly.

2Soak in soy sauce.

3Season with seasoned salt, onion/garlic powder, black pepper, thyme leaf and lots of curry powder.

4Brown chicken in oil. Put in large pan with small amount of water, diced peppers, onion, tomatoes and additional curry powder.

5Simmer 30 minutes.

6Will feed a crowd.
