- 1 (15 oz.) can fat-free vegetable soup
- 1 Tbsp. mild curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/3 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine soup and curry, onion and garlic powders; puree in blender.

2Place in 1-quart saucepan; bring to boil.

3Add chicken; simmer 5 minutes.

4Add honey and raisins and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over brown rice.
