  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour milk (sweet milk can be soured by adding a little vinegar)
  • 1 c. hot water or coffee
