- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 piece Ginger, Grated (1-inch)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 6 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cups Water
- 13 cups Cream
- Cooked Rice, To Serve

2In pot, pour lentils in and cover with about 2 inches of water.

3Bring to boil over high heat for about 10 minutes or until tender.

6Return lentils to pot and add in butter, ginger, garlic, red pepper, curry powder, salt and pepper.

8Add tomatoes, peas and 1/2 cup water.
