Ingredients

  • 29 oz. peach halves
  • 20 oz. pineapple slices
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. curry
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 4 tsp. water

    Drain all fruit.

    Reserve 3/4 cup of the pineapple juice.

    In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, cloves and curry.

    Cook 7 to 8 minutes.

    In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water.

    Add to cooked mixture until thickens.

    Pour over fruit and bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
