  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. curry powder (or to taste)
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pears
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can peaches
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges

Directions

    Melt butter; add sugar and curry powder.

    Drain fruit.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Spoon sugar mixture over fruit.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
