- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp. curry powder (or to taste)
- 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pears
- 1 (15 1/4 oz) can peaches
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
Directions

1Melt butter; add sugar and curry powder.

2Drain fruit.

3Place in casserole dish.

4Spoon sugar mixture over fruit.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
