- 1 large can peach halves
- 1 small can apricots
- maraschino cherries
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 large can pears
- 1 large can pineapple
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Drain fruit well on paper towels.

2Melt together butter, sugar, curry powder and cornstarch.

3Lay fruit in baking pan, hollow side up and put cherry in each hollow.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently.

5Cool and refrigerate 1 day.

6When ready to serve, warm for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
