  • 1 large can sliced or halved cling peaches
  • 1 large can sliced or chunk pineapple
  • 1 large can pear halves
  • 6 maraschino cherries
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 4 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Drain fruit and dry well on paper toweling.

    Arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Melt butter and add brown sugar, cornstarch and curry powder. Mix well.

    Spoon over fruit and bake one

    hour, uncovered, at 325°.
