- 1 large can sliced or chunk pineapple
- 1 large can pear halves
- 6 maraschino cherries
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 4 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Drain fruit and dry well on paper toweling.

2Arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Melt butter and add brown sugar, cornstarch and curry powder. Mix well.

4Spoon over fruit and bake one

5hour, uncovered, at 325°.
