Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can peach slices, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can apricots or more peaches, drained
  • 1 small jar whole cherries, drained
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Arrange fruit in dish; save 2 cups juice.

    Cook juice, brown sugar, butter, cornstarch, curry powder and salt until thick. Stir constantly.

    Pour on top of arranged fruit.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
