- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (No. 2) can each: peach slices, pear halves, pineapple slices
- 1 jar spiced apple rings (red and green can be used for a more colorful dish)
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Combine butter or margarine, sugar and curry powder; bring to a boil.

2Drain the fruit.

3Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish and pour hot sauce over it.

4Garnish with cherries.

5Bake at 325° until it bubbles (about 30 to 40 minutes).

6Serve hot.

7Very good with poultry, cured ham and pork.
