  • 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened sliced pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened peach halves, drained
  • 2 small baking apples, cored and sliced into rings (unpeeled)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

    Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice; set juice aside. Layer fruit in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.

    Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, curry powder and cinnamon; pour mixture over layered fruit.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
