- 1 large can peach halves, drained
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large can pear halves, drained
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 3 tsp. curry powder
- red or green maraschino cherries
Directions

1Drain and dry fruit.

2Melt butter and stir in brown sugar and curry powder.

3Place mixed fruit in a long baking dish.

4Pour brown sugar mixture over fruit.

5Dot top with a few maraschino cherries for added color.

6Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

7Serve hot.
