  • 1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
  • 1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (15 oz.) can apricot halves
  • 1/3 c. maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder

Directions

    Combine fruits in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine brown sugar, butter and curry powder, stirring well.

    Spoon over fruit.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, until thoroughly heated.
