  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp curry powder
  • 16 oz can pear halves, drained
  • 16 oz can peach or apricot halves, drained
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained

Directions

    Stir first 3 ingredients together and set aside. Drain fruit and place in 2 quart casserole. Top with butter/sugar mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325 F. Serve warm with ham, poultry or lamb. Best if made ahead of time and allowed to stand. Reheat in microwave.
