- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1 can peach halves
- 1 can pears
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can pitted cherries
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 to 4 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Drain fruit well; combine in a buttered ovenproof baking dish. Cook sugar, butter and curry in saucepan until melted.

2Pour over fruit; refrigerate for a few hours.

3Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.
