  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 can pitted cherries
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 to 4 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit well; combine in a buttered ovenproof baking dish. Cook sugar, butter and curry in saucepan until melted.

    Pour over fruit; refrigerate for a few hours.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.
