Curried Hot Fruit Medley

- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- sour cream (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Arrange fruit in a 2 quart baking dish.

3Combine butter, sugar, curry powder and salt in a small saucepan.

4Heat until sugar is dissolved.

5Pour over fruit.

6Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot topped with a dollop of sour cream, if desired. Serves 6-8.
