Curried Hot Fruit Medley

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • sour cream (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Arrange fruit in a 2 quart baking dish.

    Combine butter, sugar, curry powder and salt in a small saucepan.

    Heat until sugar is dissolved.

    Pour over fruit.

    Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot topped with a dollop of sour cream, if desired. Serves 6-8.
