- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 250g minced beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
Directions

1Heat a little oil in a frypan, cook onion and curry powder until onion is soft.

2Cook the beef until browned.

3Add peas, tomato and peanut butter and cook a further 3 minutes.

4Cut each sheet of pastry into four squares.

5Place heaped tablespoons of meat mixture onto pastry squares.

6Brush edges of pastry with egg and fold over to form a triangle.

7Pinch edges together to seal.

8Brush puffs with egg and bake at 210C for 20 - 25 minutes.

9Serve immediately.
