  • 1 lb. tilapia filets
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.

    Add lemon juice, curry powder, soy sauce and garlic.

    Mix well and heat until bubbly.

    Lay filets in skillet and saut 2 minutes. Carefully turn over filets and cook another 2 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve extra sauce over filets.
