  • 1 cup cubed chicken
  • 3 (1/8 ounce) chicken broth
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 12 cup green peas
  • 18 cup onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry (powedered)
  • 12 cup grated apple (or applesauce)
  • 12 cup milk, salt (optional)

Directions

    In a skillet, with oil, cook chicken then add onions.

    When finished, transfer to a a pot with chicken broth.

    When warm add the potatoes and carrots.

    Then add curry, let it boil.

    Then add the green peas and milk.

    Let it boil.
