  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 boneless whole chicken breasts
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. curry
  • 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco

Directions

    Lightly coat the chicken with flour, salt and pepper.

    Heat 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet and lightly brown chicken. Preheat oven to 350°.
