  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 cups fresh ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins

    Put into prepared 9x13 inch baking pan or Bundt pan.
