- 3 Tbsp. curry
- 1 slice hot yellow pepper
- 1 Tbsp. gravy browning
- 1 sprig chive
- 1 Tbsp. Angostura aromatic Bitters
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 onion
Directions

1Cut chicken into small pieces.

2Cut up or mince seasonings and add to chicken.

3Let stand for 30 minutes.

4Heat oil in an iron pot.

5Add meat and seasonings together with gravy browning.

6Cook for ten minutes, gradually adding boiling water to prevent sticking.

7When seasoning is cooked, add curry and 3 cups of boiling water.

8Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.

9Add Angostura aromatic Bitters 3 minutes before pot is taken off the stove.
