- 1 chicken, cut up into small pieces
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 potato, cubed 1-inch
Directions

1Wash chicken in 2 cups of water and vinegar.

2Pat dry. Marinate chicken in black pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, thyme and curry powder for about 2 hours.

3Heat cooking oil in skillet.

4Place chicken in skillet until slightly brown. Add marinade along with 2 cups water, onions and potatoes.

5Simmer on low heat until chicken is fully cooked.

6Serve over rice.
