  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 12 cup sliced almonds

Directions

    Poach chicken breasts in water (or chicken stock) for 15-17 minutes or until done.

    Cut into one inch cubes and chill.

    Blend ingredients to taste.
