- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 lb. chicken tenders
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°, grease jelly roll pan.

2Mix milk and egg in bowl, mix coconut and curry in shallow dish.

3Dip chicken into milk mixture, then coat with coconut mixture.

4Place in pan.

5Bake uncovered 10 minutes, turn chicken.

6Bake uncovered 5-8 minutes longer, until no longer pink in the center.

7Serve chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce.
