- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Directions

1In a blender or food processor blend the flour, curry powder, salt, broth, eggs, and butter or 5 seconds.

2Turn off the motor, with a rubber spatula scrape down sides of container, and blend for another 20 seconds.

3Transfer the batter to a bowl, let stand covered for 1 hour.

4Make crepes in the same procedure as basic crepe batter.
