  • 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 clove of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
