- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- egg roll wrappers
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy light sauce
- 2 green onions
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- oil for frying

1This is a flavorful eggs roll recipe that is sure to impress. As always, feel free to add more veggies. I usually just use whatever I have in my fridge at the time.

2In a large bowl, combine vegetables and seasonings. Let sit for about 20 minutes so that the flavors can develop and sink in.

3Then, place about 2-3 tbs of filling onto egg roll wrappers and fold as directed by package.

4Fry in batches of 2-4 (depending on the size of your pot) in hot oil. For a healthier version, brush with oil and bake at 425 degrees until golden brown on both sides.
