Ingredients

  • 10 or 12 pieces chicken
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. coconut
  • 3 tsp. applesauce
  • 3 tsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can beef broth soup

Directions

    Coat chicken with flour and ginger that have been mixed. Place in baking dish in melted butter and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and boil for 15 or 20 minutes.

    Pour over chicken and bake 20 to 30 minutes in 400° oven until chicken is completely done.
