- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 2 whole Ripe Bananas Chopped
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1/2 cups Slivered Almonds
- 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice Concentrate
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Mild Curry Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Kosher Salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 20-30 minutes.
