  • 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 2 whole Ripe Bananas Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Raisins
  • 1/2 cups Slivered Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons Mild Curry Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons Kosher Salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 20-30 minutes.

    I start checking the rice mixture at about 20 minutes and then every 3 minutes thereafter.
