- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions

1Warm up the oil in a pot.

2when warm add the pepper (or carrot) and garlic, wait a second until it's golden.

3Add the rice, leave for 1 minute.

4Add the curry to the water, and then put the water in the pot (be careful with the steam).

5Add salt and leave still until it bubbles up.

6Leave to boil for 20 minutes, with a lid, do no stir.

7Serve and enjoy.

8You can put a portion in a cup, and then turn it over, it makes a nice setting in the plate.
