  • 1 1/2 c. cushaw
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour (1 Tbsp. if thick)
  • 1/2 c. cream or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

    Cook all the ingredients over low heat until it begins to thicken.

    Cool, then pour in an unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until edge of pie shell has browned.
