- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Put in blender and blend.

2Add cushaw to fill blender, about 2 1/2 cups.

3Pour in unbaked crust.

4Cook at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.

5Cover pie edges with aluminum foil to keep from overbrowning.

6Add meringue, if you wish, after pie is done.
