  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 1/2 oz. coconut

Directions

    Blend all, except coconut, in blender for 5 minutes.

    Stir in coconut.

    Pour in greased and floured 10-inch pie dish.

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
