- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg yolks.

2Combine with sugar and mix.

3Add to sweet milk.

4Cook over medium heat.

5When thickens (doesn't get real thick), remove from heat.

6Add vanilla and blend.

7Fold in lightly the stiffly beaten egg whites.

8Set aside to cool.

9In summer, chill in refrigerator.
