  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Scald 1 cup of the milk in double boiler.

    In a bowl, combine cornstarch and sugar; blend in remaining 1/4 cup milk till smooth.

    Add to hot milk and stir till smooth.
