Custard Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
  • 1 lb. purple grapes
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 lb. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, cream, egg and salt.

    Cook until thick. Cool.

    Drain pineapple and cut grapes in half; removing seeds. Combine pineapple, grapes, nuts and marshmallows.

    Pour cool custard over this and fold in whipped cream.

    Chill in refrigerator for about 12 hours.
